The fourth and final stage in the Spiral of Transformation is embodiment - the North direction representing the element of earth⛰️which is about allowing the integrated new energies to permanently embody into your beingness.
This stage is about letting these new energies deepen and settle into your physicality - weaving into your body, cells, nervous system + your BEing. It is about living, breathing + BEing these new energies + processing them into the very fibre of your nature.
This stage is vital to lasting transformation. In my experience you can go through all of the previous three stages beautifully - but if you do not embody the changes + bring them into your everyday life - through your thoughts, behaviours, actions, emotions, into your body, cells, + nervous system + soul - they will not last.
Returning home to embodied wholeness + new earth
Time feels like it really sped up in 2023 – there were so many things that have happened in my soul evolution + journey home. Embodiment was the biggest key to 2023 - I am now here, whole, still, safe, in my power + my highest alignment.
This heroine’s journey of life is everlasting and never ends, but there reaches a point in your journey where you just are. You are just being. You are fully present, filled with joy and embodied as this human with an open heart, grounded on earth and connected to the stars. This is new earth.
You are embodied and returned home at a foundational, stable level where when things get tricky in life - it is much easier + quicker to return back to stability + alignment.
Returning home to divine feminine embodiment, deeper soul gifts + magic
In March my partner and I travelled to Egypt + Europe and this is where life changing embodied reactivations occurred. I started reactivating more of my Divine Feminine flow, multidimensionality and priestess frequency in Egypt where these energies + past + parallel lives here were re-remembered. Soul sisterhood was more present + I met more in person soul family through retreats, women’s circles + healing groups where I live.
More of my Lemurian + Avalonian gifts were activated and I entered into divine feminine leadership. Through visiting Ireland I stepped into remembrance of the seen and unseen magic earthly realms. I started embodying, remembering + reactivating more of my land healing gifts + abilities, shamanic gifts + practices + grid work. My channelling abilities had finally been embodied and I now channel + cocreate directly through + with nature.
I started feeling a deeper embodied connection to oneness - the land, mother earth, mountains, animals, plants, birds, rocks + insects. I started to remember we are the land, sky, plants etc. - we are all connected.
Returning home to my power, embodied wisdom + opening my soul business
The next stage of my healing journey came after our trip. I didn’t realise how distorted masculine and matrix energies were impacting my health and energy. I gave myself so much space to heal everything that had been unseen including womb, sisterhood, distorted Masculine and Feminine wounds, fear of claiming my voice and stepping into my full power, gifts + authenticity.
After 7 years of initiations I now entered a phase of embodied wisdom - returning home to the place I was always longing to be- to peace, joy, love, abundance, magic, flow + authenticity.
Through all of this transformation I knew it was now time to launch my soul business - Jess Neilson. These upgrades I experienced allowed myself + my work to flow into a more holistic, harmonised, integrative, embodied + transformational approach to guiding people home.
My embodied wisdom + continuous commitment to evolving led to channelling the blueprint to help others return home called the Divine Soul Blueprint Embodiment Method.
This method provides a holistic, integrative + harmonious approach utilising cosmic, somatic (body wisdom) + shamanic (earth) medicine to transform, guide, hold space, mentor + reactivate women into their highest embodied wholeness.
Continued embodiment + upgrades since late 2023
I felt embodied new earth wholeness and I had returned home to a foundational, stable level in late 2023. Since then, so much has happened including stepping into embodied safety, deeper boundaries + protection + entity clearing, reclaiming my yoni + power, aligning myself to my highest timeline, embodying more darkness, shamanistic gifts + the real truth about our reality + much more!
